Acting 101 is going to be a workshop looking at the fundamentals of acting, how to approach a role, pull a script apart and find the truth within for your performance.

Rob Mason-Brown, Instructor

A graduate of the Theatre BA program at Trinity St David University, Rob is Artistic Director of the renowned Fred Skeleton Theatre Company. He has a reputation for putting on shows that challenge both his audiences and his actors, winning Best Director at the last four OZone Festivals and taking the Best Director Thespian at Mainstage in 2014 for ‘RED’. In 2016 Rob was awarded the Okanagan Arts Award for excellence in Theatre. Rob’s professional credits include ‘From Usk to The Malay Archipelago’, Theatre in Education projects touring UK schools, and recently, ‘Lake of Tears’ for Opera Kelowna.
